人：伊同、達來、烏野；大巴雅、陳首、麻豆社勇士若干、荷蘭兵若干

在你的懷抱中，養育我的族人
我的山林啊…是活潑的生命
彎弓射箭，圍捕狩獵，是我自由的山嶺

O great earth of mine, mother of all seeds
You nourish my tribe in your embrace
O backwoods of mine, lively as life
The arrow flies, hunters encircle, in the hills of my freedom
〔伊同、達來、烏野與眾勇士在場上；獵捕鹿群
伊同：（唱）日頭沈大江，日頭出東山
樹影搖震動，日照滿山紅
勇士狩獵山中等，樹枝樹藤雙手攀
春天因何寒霜降，順著溪水再向東（過奏）
土地被人強佔領，海邊起造紅毛城
為了保護麻豆社，彎弓射箭來狩獵，勉強也著行！

Wherefore spring frost? Heading east by stream's edge
Others took our land, built Fort Redhead by the sea
For Mattau we hunt with bow and with arrow, hard though it be
